Please use the form below to inquire about repair inquiries for kitchen products and interiors.
Toyo Kitchen Customer Service can provide maintenance and parts sales during and after the warranty period. Before applying for repair, please read and check the user's manual of the product carefully and apply for repair if there is any abnormality. Even if you think there is a malfunction, you may be able to solve the problem by yourself. Please also check the "Frequently Asked Questions". Also, please confirm the name of the product, the year and month of purchase, and the failure status of the product in advance.

For products under warranty : We will repair the product free of charge based on the contents of the warranty card. (In some cases, a fee may be charged.)
For products that are out of warranty period: Repair service fee (parts, travel, and technical fees) will be charged.
1. Application
Please have the following required information on hand when applying.
Required Information
(1) Customer information, (2) membership number (for INO CLUB and Concierge Club members only), (3) date of purchase, (4) photo of faulty part, (5) photo of entire product, (6) 8-digit serial number (for kitchen and BAGNO products only), (7) name of store of purchase (for interior products only), (8) details of repair request
(4) Photographs showing the details of the faulty part
*Please attach at least two copies.
(5) Photograph of the entire product
*Please attach at least two copies.
(6) Manufacture number (8 digits)

2. Estimate
After our staff asks the customer about the repair, we will provide a separate estimate* if there is a cost involved.
*Parts, technical fees, and travel expenses will be charged. *Travel expenses are determined by the customer's area of residence, and technical fees are determined by the time required for the work.
3. Acknowledgement
Estimate If you are willing to pay the price for the repair, please contact us for repair.
4. Repair
Once we receive a formal request for repair, we will send our contracted local technical staff to the customer. The technical staff will contact the customer to arrange a repair date and time. Our staff will visit the customer on the repair date and time to perform the repair.
5. Payment
Please pay the fee on the spot after the repair is completed.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please confirm the manufacturer and make a request.
