About the warranty

保証期間内でも次のような場合には有料修理となります。

1. Defects caused by use of the product for purposes other than its intended use or by use of the product in a manner different from that for which it was originally intended
2. Defects caused by improper use or maintenance by the user (e.g., corrosion of sinks and top plates due to the use of chlorine-based cleaning agents, bleach, slime remover, hot spring water, groundwater, etc., dislodging of doors due to use with loose door hinge fixing screws, etc.)
3. Defects caused by installation not in accordance with our installation manual, installation, moving, disassembly, etc. by the customer (e.g., falling of unit due to improper installation, leakage of water due to improper piping, etc.)
4. Defects in the product caused by defects other than the product itself, such as deformation of the building frame
5. Defects caused by aging or friction of the product or its parts (e.g., fading of door paint, warping, cracking, or discoloration of wood products, or discoloration or deterioration of resin parts)
6. Defects caused by the actions of dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and other small animals and insects
7. Malfunction due to accidents such as fire or explosion, natural disasters such as lightning, eruptions, floods, and tsunamis, special environments (extreme humidity, chemicals, salt damage, etc.), or destructive acts such as wars and riots
8. Defects caused by third party's faulty transportation, processing, assembly, installation, management, maintenance, etc. not arranged by us (for example, discoloration or corrosion of sinks, top plates, doors, etc. due to the use of cleaning agents other than neutral kitchen detergent specified by the kitchen manufacturer by house cleaners, corrosion of sinks and metal parts due to gas generated from septic tank cleaning agents, etc.) Corrosion of sinks and metal parts due to gases emitted from cleaning agents for septic tanks, etc.)

離島または離島に準ずる遠隔地への出張修理を行った場合には、出張に要する実費を申し受けます。
