淡路島 dots n 地域交流施設

淡路島の自然豊かな地域に誕生した「dots n 地域交流施設」は、地域住民や来訪者が気軽に集える、開かれた公共施設です。

Kartell's outdoor collection of Hi-Ray Tables and Hi-Ray Chairs were used in the outdoor social spaces surrounding the farm.

In the selection process, weather resistance for safe outdoor use and a design that makes the space look light were important factors. Many local senior citizens use the facility, so solid stability and seating comfort were also important.

Selected from among several candidates, the "Hi-Ray Chair" has beautiful curves that give a sense of security, with a moderate weight but not too heavy. The three pale colors blend comfortably with the rich natural environment and add color to the space.

The designer, Fumi Aso, said, "The lightness of the high-lay chairs fits very well in this place where the wind blows through." Fumi Aso, the designer, said, "The lightness of the HI-LAY chairs suits this breezy place very well.

As a place that connects communities and people, Kartell's comfortable, safe, and well-designed outdoor furniture is useful in daily life.
