At the moment of the heart-stopping moment, the kitchen decided the house.

The wife began thinking about moving to a new house in search of a more extended life with her dog.
She wanted a location that would be easy for her husband to commute to work and convenient for her daily life.
She also wanted a place where she and her two daughters, who had left home after marriage, could gather together as a family.
Mrs. Koge said, "I wanted a place with parking for four cars, a yard for my beloved cats to run around in, the sound of the walled fountain to soothe my husband, and a spacious and easy to use LDK where all three families can enjoy cooking and socializing together.

With his reliance on his wife, she began searching for a plot of land on May of last year.
She found a plot of land that met her requirements in about one month, and "we were able to sell the condominium we had been living in smoothly," she recalls.

Once the location was decided, the next step was to build the building.

The garden, currently under construction, will include a dog run for the two dogs, a barbecue terrace, and the sound of water from a wall fountain to soothe the husband. When the garden is completed, I dream of enjoying it with my family and friends," she says with a smile. On the day of the interview, she told us that her first grandchild will be born soon, and the year-end and New Year holidays will be a lively time for the family.
With her favorite kitchen in the center, the family time is comfortably overlapping at Sato's residence.
